Safe custody.—Every operator of a swimming pool shall keep every anti-doping form to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a swimming pool is carried on, shall record in Form E the description of every anti-doping form so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
