Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Tamil Nadu Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Recorders (Regulation) Act, 1984 (Tamil Nadu Act 7 of 1984); (b) "owner of a hoarding" means a person carrying on the display of hoardings; (c) "film" means a film received, held or disposed of by a owner of a hoarding in the course of the display of hoardings; (d) "Form III" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
