Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a brick kiln who ceases to carry on the working of a brick kiln shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Biodiversity Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every register of consents held by him has been disposed of.
