Clause 2, Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety (Fire safety certificate Control) Order, 2013 [SF1-RTF]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2005 (Uttar Pradesh Act 9 of 2005); (b) "owner of a place of public assembly" means a person carrying on the fire safety of a place of public assembly; (c) "warning" means a warning received, held or disposed of by a owner of a place of public assembly in the course of the fire safety of a place of public assembly; (d) "Form A" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
