Surrender of certificate.—Every co-operative housing society who ceases to carry on the management of a co-operative housing society shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every occupancy certificate held by him has been disposed of.
