Intimation of change.—Every guarantee holder shall intimate to the Accountant General, in Form GFR 19 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Accountant General shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
