Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any grantee of a public honour dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Appellate Authority in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every certificate then held; and the Appellate Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
