Application for registration.—Every travel agent carrying on the arranging of travel abroad shall make an application for registration to the Citizenship Committee in Form E, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every declaration of renunciation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
