Surrender of certificate.—Every travel agent who ceases to carry on the arranging of travel abroad shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Citizenship Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every declaration of renunciation held by him has been disposed of.
