Application for registration.—Every cabin crew member carrying on service as cabin crew shall make an application for registration to the Director General in Form CA-5, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
