Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a hotel who ceases to carry on the keeping of a hotel shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Tourism in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every permission held by him has been disposed of.
