Application for registration.—Every satellite communication operator carrying on the provision of satellite communication services shall make an application for registration to the Licensing Authority in Form C, within forty-five days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every network held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
