Safe custody.—Every contractor engaged by a Panchayat shall keep every register of buildings to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the execution of works for a Panchayat is carried on, shall record in Form 3 the description of every register of buildings so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Gram Sabha within sixty days of the close of each year.
