Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing in the custody of the Divisional Engineer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing; and where the Divisional Engineer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form H within one hundred and twenty days of the succession.
