Intimation of change.—Every public call office operator shall intimate to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing, in Form F and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
