Intimation of change.—Every dealer in arms and ammunition shall intimate to the Commissioner of Police, in Form VIII and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner of Police shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
