Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in arms and ammunition shall apply to the Commissioner of Police in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Commissioner of Police shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
