Application for registration.—Every owner of a hazardous installation carrying on the operation of a hazardous installation shall make an application for registration to the Civil Defence Controller in Form G, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every stock held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
