Intimation of change.—Every marriage bureau shall intimate to the Registrar of Marriages, in Form VII and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Marriages shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
