Surrender of certificate.—Every marriage bureau who ceases to carry on the arranging of marriages shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Marriages in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every succession certificate held by him has been disposed of.
