Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the city gas distribution entity shall apply to the Chief Electrical Inspector in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Chief Electrical Inspector shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
