Surrender of certificate.—Every city gas distribution entity who ceases to carry on the distribution of natural gas shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Electrical Inspector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every test report held by him has been disposed of.
