Application for registration.—Every city gas distribution entity carrying on the distribution of natural gas shall make an application for registration to the Chief Electrical Inspector in Form III, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every supply line held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
