Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the lessee of Government land shall apply to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
