Intimation of change.—Every owner of a cinema shall intimate to the Advisory Panel, in Form VII and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Advisory Panel shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
