Surrender of certificate.—Every printer who ceases to carry on the printing of a periodical shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Broadcasting Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every certificate held by him has been disposed of.
