Surrender of certificate.—Every author who ceases to carry on the publication of works shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Uttarakhand in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every register of patents held by him has been disposed of.
