Surrender of certificate.—Every city gas distribution entity who ceases to carry on the distribution of natural gas shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appropriate Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every register of consumers held by him has been disposed of.
