Conditions of registration.—Every operator of a rural water supply scheme shall carry on the operation of a rural water supply scheme only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every muster roll in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such muster roll for inspection on request by the Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Parishad, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
