Surrender of certificate.—Every micro-insurance agent who ceases to carry on the distribution of micro-insurance products shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Insurance Information Bureau in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-5 of the manner in which every nomination held by him has been disposed of.
