Intimation of change.—Every micro-insurance agent shall intimate to the Insurance Information Bureau, in Form IRDA-8 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Insurance Information Bureau shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
