Safe custody.—Every micro-insurance agent shall keep every certificate of insurance to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the distribution of micro-insurance products is carried on, shall record in Form IRDA-1 the description of every certificate of insurance so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Insurance Information Bureau within twenty-one days of the close of each year.
