Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a beauty contest who ceases to carry on the holding of a beauty contest shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Commission for Women in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every register of children held by him has been disposed of.
