Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the institution for persons with disabilities shall apply to the Commission in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
