Application for registration.—Every specialised adoption agency carrying on the placement of children in adoption shall make an application for registration to the State Commission for Women in Form IV, within three days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every institution held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
