Surrender of certificate.—Every freight forwarder by rail who ceases to carry on the forwarding of freight by rail shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Divisional Railway Manager in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every siding held by him has been disposed of.
