Correction of entries.—The Divisional Railway Manager may, on an application made in Form C by any freight forwarder by rail or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than sixty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
