Intimation of change.—Every multi-system operator shall intimate to the Registering Authority, in Form VII and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registering Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
