Intimation of change.—Every cultivator of irrigated land shall intimate to the Ground Water Authority, in Form D and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Ground Water Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
