Conditions of registration.—Every multi-system operator shall carry on the operation of a multi-system cable network only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every broadcast licence in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such broadcast licence for inspection on request by the Regional Officer of the Board, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
