Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006); (b) "consumer" means a person carrying on the use of electricity; (c) "licence" means a licence received, held or disposed of by a consumer in the course of the use of electricity; (d) "Form II" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
