Surrender of certificate.—Every registered body who ceases to carry on the carrying on of business by a registered body shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every flag held by him has been disposed of.
