Conditions of registration.—Every point of sales person shall carry on the sale of insurance products at a point of sale only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every certificate of insurance in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such certificate of insurance for inspection on request by the Controller of Insurance, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
