Intimation of change.—Every sponsor of a visa applicant shall intimate to the Protector of Emigrants, in Form C and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Protector of Emigrants shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
