Application for registration.—Every operator of a cyber cafe carrying on the running of a cyber cafe shall make an application for registration to the Government of Goa in Form VIII, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every poison held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
