Application for registration.—Every company secretary in practice carrying on the practice as a company secretary shall make an application for registration to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form ADT-1, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of incorporation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
