Application for registration.—Every organiser of a pilgrimage carrying on the conduct of a pilgrimage shall make an application for registration to the Heritage Committee in Form II, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every art treasure held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
