Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in medical devices who ceases to carry on dealing in medical devices shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 41 of the manner in which every certificate of registration held by him has been disposed of.
