Surrender of certificate.—Every ticketing agent who ceases to carry on the sale of railway tickets as an agent shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Railway Claims Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every parcel held by him has been disposed of.
