Intimation of change.—Every sponsor of a visa applicant shall intimate to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer, in Form A and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
